At Malaya, we know exactly how it feels to be stuck in a 9-5 job that barely pays enough, spending hours commuting, with little to no time for ourselves or our families. We were in the same situation years ago—tied to a routine that limited our freedom and earning potential. That’s why we built Malaya: to help others break free and take control of their careers.

Meet Eunice
Eunice started her career in administration as a Research Assistant at LPU Laguna, where she gained hands-on experience in document processing, scheduling, and other essential administrative tasks. When the pandemic shifted the workforce online, she embraced the virtual world and transitioned into the role of a Virtual Assistant.
Over the years, Eunice has worked with various businesses, honing her skills in general admin support, client communication, email management, data entry, and task organization. She later expanded her expertise into social media management, handling content creation, customer messaging, newsletters, and system organization for multiple clients.
Eunice is committed to helping aspiring VAs master the essential skills needed to thrive in administrative roles. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to refine your abilities, she’s here to guide you every step of the way.
Meet Yani
Yani is a 28-year-old former full-time radio DJ who found a new path when the pandemic hit in 2020. With the world shifting online, she took a leap and started her journey as a Social Media Manager.
Since then, she’s built a life that blends freedom, passion, and purpose—working remotely while traveling and discovering the best coffee spots wherever she goes. For Yani, it’s more than just a job; it’s a lifestyle that allows her to do what she loves while earning a living.
Now, she’s on a mission to help aspiring freelancers experience the same. Through digital marketing courses and real-world guidance, Yani is here to empower VAs to chase freedom, create income on their own terms, and build a life they truly enjoy.
Meet Naomi
Naomi began her career as a content writer, but when the pandemic hit, she had to find a way to work from home. That’s when she discovered SEO. Through self-learning and enrolling in expensive courses, she built the skills that allowed her to transition into digital marketing.
Along the way, she realised how difficult it was to find the right resources without spending a fortune. This sparked an idea—to create a learning space that makes digital marketing more accessible. To further strengthen her expertise, she pursued an MBA in Digital Management in Australia.
Now, she’s dedicated to helping others gain the skills and confidence to build fulfilling careers and have the freedom to work from anywhere.
