2.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the course, including any future updates.

2.2. Lifetime access applies only as long as the platform remains operational.

2.3. Access is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1. All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of double billing or technical errors.

3.2. Prices for courses are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3. If a payment fails, access to the course may be restricted until payment is completed.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All content, including videos, PDFs, templates, and text, is the exclusive property of Malaya.

4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or publicly share any course materials without prior written consent.

4.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and termination of access.

 

5. Community Engagement and Behavior

5.1. Course buyers gain access to a private Facebook group for networking and support.

5.2. Any form of harassment, hate speech, spamming, or promotion of third-party services within the community is strictly prohibited.

5.3. Malaya reserves the right to remove users from the community for violations of these rules without refunds.

 

6. Technical Support and Platform Availability

6.1. We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to courses, but occasional maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

6.2. Technical support is available for login issues and access-related concerns, but we do not provide individual coaching beyond course content.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Malaya is not responsible for any business or financial decisions made based on course
